All Seasons Gardening and Landscape Services works with many local real estate agents and companies to help preparing homes for sale. Often there is a need for a quick “make over” to a home to get the it on the market on time.

All Seasons Gardening and Landscape Services are experts in preparing homes for sale. We do everything from a quick work on the landscape or hardwood floors to painting, fixing electrical installations, plumbing, etc.

When a home goes up for sale, there is often times a need for trash hauling services, hot tub removal, shed demolition, etc. We can help out with any of those as well.

Landscape staging work in the San Francisco Bay Area

The job at 2810 San Jose Ave, Alameda was a typical landscape staging job for us. The major challenges were a general overgrowth of vegetation and an old rather run-down cement patio, as well as a lack of color. By using inexpensive, yet tasteful, purchased materials such as decorative wood bark, flowers, and plants (as well as some of our own garden props), we were able to turn an overgrown neglected yard into a ready to sell home in a matter of a few days at a relatively low cost to the owner.

First we did a general yard cleanup/gardening job including weeding, trimming of trees and bushes, and cleaning of all cement areas. Secondly, after a power washing, we painted the concrete patio, driveway, and walkways with a very nice shade of coffee brown to match the house colors.

As a finishing touch we added a garden bench, birdbath, and stepping-stones leading to the newly painted cement patio. Terracotta flowerpots filled with fresh colorful flowers were installed in strategic places around the house.

Note: usually a deposit is required on such things as benches, pots, birdbath, etc, that we leave on a job. We leave our garden props for 1 month at no added charge - after 1 month arrangements can be made for rental. Also we offer a free cleanup prior to the first two open houses.

Re-watering - where no irrigation/watering is possible, All Seasons can take care of the watering of flowers, pots, lawns, etc. at an added weekly charge - usually $45 a week for an average sized property.

This home was prepared for sale in December 2007 and is now being listed by Kane & Associates in Alameda, CA.
